I’ve got breakfast, lunch and dinner sorted for a perfect vegan Thanksgiving. These recipes are a fresh take on Thanksgiving food and are totally binge-worthy. Make sure you stock up on pumpkin because we are making:

  • Spiced Pumpkin Scones
  • Curried Pumpkin Pastry Parcels
  • Red Lentil Coconut Pumpkin Crepes (gluten-free)

These recipes are easy to make, and no-one will even know they are vegan.

First, let’s start with breakfast and bake some traditional Spiced Pumpkin Scones. These are quick to make and I recommend eating them straight out of the oven with some vegan butter and hot tea.
