In May, Taylor and Autumn Riley-Parham shared their debut post on the Instagram page for Vintage Vegan Diner, their new affordable, vegan take on all-American cuisine. While Taylor actually had the idea for the diner nearly two years ago, the couple realized that it was time to fully launch this year as the global pandemic made it increasingly apparent that there were too few accessible vegan options in their hometown of Las Vegas.

The self-described Libra and Virgo dynamic duo is now running Vintage Vegan Diner with Taylor working as the chef and Autumn taking over as office manager. Since the full launch of the diner’s social media and website in May, Vintage Vegan Diner has sold out of pre-orders every week and has already built a loyal base of customers who rave about the diner’s tofu bites, sliders, and more.
