The Easiest Vegan Pancakes You’ll Ever Make

I usually enjoy more savory breakfast items, but I’ll make an exception for these super fluffy (and super easy!) vegan pancakes. This pancake recipe has become my go-to over the years because it is adaptable, delicious, and does not require any special vegan ingredients or replacements.

Especially when I’m making breakfast for people who are not vegan, I love to use this recipe to show them how easy it is to make vegan pancakes using ingredients they already have at home.

I like my pancakes with fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries or peaches, but you can add chocolate chips, nuts, syrup, vegan whipped cream, or any other toppings you like!
