Welcome to the inaugural edition of Tenderly’s Shelter Pet Reviews (which I’m calling “Elisapets: Elisabeth Reviews Pets” in my head but definitely not out loud that would be weird). Every couple of weeks, I’ll be visiting and reviewing shelter pets in Portland, Oregon.
