Welcome to the inaugural edition of Tenderly’s Shelter Pet Reviews (which I’m calling “Elisapets: Elisabeth Reviews Pets” in my head but definitely not out loud that would be weird). Every couple of weeks, I’ll be visiting and reviewing shelter pets in Portland, Oregon. If you’re nowhere near Portland, don’t stress: my patented Pet Sommelier™ system will point you towards similar-but-different future best friends in other locations.
