Welcome to the inaugural edition of Tenderly’s Shelter Pet Reviews (which I’m calling “Elisapets: Elisabeth Reviews Pets” in my head but definitely not out loud that would be weird). Every couple of weeks, I’ll be visiting and reviewing shelter pets in Portland, Oregon. If you’re nowhere near Portland, don’t stress: my patented Pet Sommelier™ system will point you towards similar-but-different future best friends in other locations. And even if you’re not looking to adopt a pet, you can still join me in passing judgement on their looks and behavior, and maybe donating a few bucks to the organizations caring for them until they find homes.
