Taco Bell recently announced several shocking changes to its menu, including the removal of its seven-layer burrito and potato-based dishes. One of the reasons cited for these changes was “continued progress in categories such as plant-based diets,” which is incredibly ironic seeing as all the vegans and vegetarians I know are fierce seven-layer burrito and potato advocates.
