If you’re looking for some ways to cut back your spending then you came to the right place. Recent findings in a study on climate change and diet in the United States conducted by Yale and Earth Day network found that over half of people polled thought a plant-based diet was cost-prohibitive.

This study was released in February before the COVID-19 crisis fully descended, and started wreaking havoc on our collective health and finances. It also found that these people were willing to increase their intake of plant-based foods if they were, in fact, cheaper and tasted better than they perceived.

Now seems like the perfect time to show just how cheap and delicious vegan food can be.

Not only is this vegan meal plan friendly to your wallet and your belly, but it’s also a way to help offset carbon emissions, save the rainforest, and show kindness to animals.

These meals are designed for home cooks at all levels. There is a fair amount of scratch cooking involved, but that’s what makes it cheap! And you better believe I did not skimp on flavor. In fact, most of my favorite meals are featured here.
