Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, the British pair better known as BOSH!, are two of the biggest names in vegan cooking today. They have a social media following of over two million people who absolutely love their “plant-based food for everyone.” Firth and Theasby create videos and recipes that showcase classic foods, homemade with “all plants” — and having cooked extensively from their best-selling first cookbook, I can attest that they know what they are talking about.

I asked the Bosh boys why they have chosen a vegan lifestyle, and they both mentioned global warming and environmental destruction. As Theasby put it, “I’m vegan because I want to do my best for the next generation. I want to do everything I can now to avoid uncomfortable conversations with my unborn children.”

Firth and Theasby’s latest, Bish Bash Bosh! is out today in the US. The new cookbook is full of filling, hearty recipes for your favorite foods — sans the animal stuff.
