Dear Nice Vegan,

I’ve been getting yellow and green summer squashes in my weekly CSA produce drop off for weeks now and I have no desire to cook with or eat them! I just don’t like squash that much — to me it is healthy food that you eat because someone told you to, not because it tastes good. I feel guilty about the whole ones I’ve tossed in the last few weeks (more than I care to admit), and there are currently six more from this week and last sitting in my produce drawer. I’ve considered cancelling my CSA, but I know they’ll be out of season soon. I’d like to find something to do with them that I’ll actually like in the meantime.

BTW — I’m not vegan, but hoping you can help me out because I assume vegans know more
