Dear Nice Vegan,

My sister is turning thirty and I want to send her something she’ll love for her birthday. She’s been vegan since she was 16, just bought her own condo with her boyfriend, and she loves to cook (and is really good at it). I know she already has the decent pots, pans, and knives — what are some other gifts that would delight a vegan foodie? I’d like to spend less than $75 but make sure it feels like something special.
