All vegans should know that they need to take B12, either via supplements or fortified foods, in order to stay healthy. Most of us just pop a pill and call it a day. But that’s not creative, and it’s certainly not fun. Here are ten ways to make your B12 intake the highlight of your day*.

*Disclaimer: don’t actually do any of this, but do take your B12!

1. Prepare a B-themed Meal with all the B vitamins, so your B12 isn’t lonesome

You could just take a B-complex vitamin, but that’s cowardly and lazy. Instead hunt down food sources with all the B vitamins. There’s only eight of them, not twelve like you’d expect. B4, 8, 10, and 11 all had their status revoked, like Pluto.

For an extra challenge, only use foods that start with the letter B: Beans, brown rice, broccoli, and beet greens would all be covered. Just don’t forget to sprinkle some B12 fortified nutritional yeast flakes on top.

2. Make the ultimate vegan B12 cocktail
